It was precisely this project supported by the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), that developed and implemented by the organization Social Development Investment (SDI), represented by Elias Mazloum, once a scout in his native Lebanon,
that brought together young from the area ofTropoja and Gjakova, who received the first information about the Scout Movement and the
basic values that characterize this movement.
